How do you give SOIs once you've received enough IOIs?

"Your an artsy girl? I love artsy girls, because blah blah blah blah (*actually explain why you like xyz*)...Do you do abstract art?" (Then ask a follow up question to make it seem even more genuine)

"You're adorable, its sickening"

"Wow, I think I just became a little bit more attracted to you"

Giving her actual reason why you like her is always good (and explaining the reason) (i.e. qualification)...

Oh, another one I use a lot especially during the daytime is:

"Oh you do xyz (whatever it is that you found about her that you think is attractive) I love girls who do xyz..You shouldn't have told me that. I'll totally start hitting on you in the middle of this bookstore/grocery store/coffee shop. I have NO shame in my game :)"
