I've been studying this stuff on and off since I was 16, I read hundreds of self help books and I definitely can't say I haven't learned anything from that but I still need work. Anyway Do you need to get your self-esteem really high before you hit on girls or will it come naturally if you just approach a lot of girls?

I feel like your self esteem will get higher the more you talk to girls. Of course the first few girls you approach you are going to be nervous. The first thing you need to get over is not every girl is going to like you. But if you get over that than you will be set.

i dont understand your question? If your being more confident before or after opening, than your just faking your confidence. Having inner game and confidence means truly always beleiving in yourself, and accepting yourself as a person. Now we all get depressed from time to time. But if your truly confident, your gonna be confident in general, not before or after an interaction, and it will show itself it more ways than just women, thats why PUA is a lifestyle, and can help you in all areas of your life. Since starting, i cannot begin to explain how much happier as a person i am. But the way i think i become truly confident is that instead of fearing rejection, i embrace it (of course if its a girl i truly care about it still is heartbreak, but that is life).

bro this is what works for me... my first set in the night i am exremley nervous, but after that set, fail or succeed. i am more confident. and then before i hit the next set i go in confident. i guess wat im saying is at the 1st set go in with no confidence and then for the 2nd go in with a confidence. then the 3rd even more cofindence etc etc.. this is watt happens to me and if it works 4 u then im glad.. but i guess u will only know if u try or experiment and see wat works best 4 u
