Congrats on your new drive/focus!

Developing your personality is a big part of being good with women! It takes time and focus learning to have fun, be social or have style/attractivness while not thinking about it. This in my mind is the definition of a "natural". A person who draws people towards him using some sort of enigmatic personality trait or "way about him".

It would seem this is something you want to try and emulate.

In my opinion, this is amplified greatly by the ability to be sexual at the right times, or "natural" times if you will. I don't see any mention of the devlopment of your sexual state anywhere in your reflections so far. Perhaps this is a goal you may want to aim for once you get back into trying to get laid.
