Guys the only way to get good at ANYTHING is to constantly work at it.

I am a firm believe that it makes no different how smart you are it is how hard you work. It is definitely true for athlets, and every other facet of life. If you want to master something you must contunally be looking for improvment.
Because of this I have created a PUA template for us all to use so we can master every facet of our sarging. It has a section of what you want to focus for the sarge then a reflection part where you reflect and know what you did right then focus on what needs to be imrpoved next time. Then you can focus on it in your next sarge.

Another reason I created it was because I have trouble linking everything together for sarges. This way pinpoints what you have to do as a whole. This has been based on mystery's OAP program. (sign up guys its free)
