Posts: 280 | | When you look at a girl and feel aroused your heart rate goes up, which increases the calories you burn at rest... this is the way that many diet pills work, or the eca stack.... now if you masturbate often, then your sex drive is quelled and you don't get so aroused and don't look at girls around school/town so much.... If you don't masturbate then your checking girls out allllll day and your heart rate is up during that day... would this be enough to affect your results? What do you people think?

O_o people drink cold ice water vs room temp for the extra 80 calories they burn a day, your narrow minded if you don't consider the little things that add up.
