Get fit and DHV the whole time

I've recently started getting back to training and doing about 3 sessions a week.

I'm lucky that between 30min and 1hr 3 times a week seems to give me quick results so I can be reasonably lazy.

Anyways, after about 3 weeks I have had some real positive shift in my response in the field.


I don't know how much of it is inner game through confidence, whether there is a snowball effect going on from developing a social proof circle, or how much of it is simply that I'm looking better.

I beleive that being fit is a constant DHV that is working every-time you are observed, and as long as you appear happy, you are looking attractive.
You don't even have to keep thinking of what to say next or anything like that.
It's all just so much easier, however, I know it's not everything.

Either way, I feel better, and that's gotta help.
So more weight!
