Can any readers who are fucking women on a regular basis, please elaborate on what natural only supplements, vitamins, herbs, etc., (compared to viagra, that's a drug and is a ripoff) you regularly take, to have and maintain a high sexual libido and high sexual stamina.

David Van Arrick has mentioned these things in his book 'Sexual Rocket Fuel'. Other than those in the first 2 lines, I'm unsure where the hell you'd go get the others from, other than probably trying to find any herbalists in the Chinatown area of your city and asking them for their recommendations.

Dark Chocolate, as it has phenylethylamine.
Cinnamon, Cloves, Honey, Nutmeg (no more than a teaspoon).
Renshen (Ginseng).
Ruo Cong Rong (cistanchi desertcola).
She Chuan Zi.
Yin Tang Huo.
Liu Wei Di Huang Wan (a formula).
Dong Chong Xia Cao.
Jin Gui Shen Qi Wan.

If you know where the hell to get all the ingredients below from (as I wouldn't),
he also says to make a smoothie before having sex, consisting of :
12-16 oz skim milk, a quarter teaspoon zinc sulfate, 1 teaspoon grated ginger root, 12 drops ginseng tincture, 1 drop liquid selenium, 4 strawberries OR half a banana, 1 teaspoon choline bitartrate OR 1 tablespoon phosphatidyl choline.

What's wrong with drugs?

Take a supplement with nitric oxide. That is what is in viagra. They increase blood flow, vascularity, give you pumps, and are supposed to increase healing time between work outs. They also increase sexual performance. Every day is a good day if you know what I mean.

1. Sleep a lot. I had plenty of times when i embarassingly went soft simply because i had 30 minutes of sleep. Lack of sleep lowers blood pressure. Go figure.

2. Work out a lot and lift weights. Working out increases circulation and lifting weights increase testosterone. You know what testosterone is right?

3. Do kegels. Makes sex more pleasurable for you and improves erection quality.

4. Take multivitamins, fish oil, and protein shakes for general health.

5. Drink lots and lots of water especially after sex.

6. Most important. Workout your core. It helps maintain sex positions and endurance while you are pumping.

Just be healthy, a lot of health fads put you on a heightened state for a while and them youd crash right after. Wont be a maintainable lifestyle.

I became diabetic just before I turned 14 and by the time I was 20 I began having poor circulation due to it. Now at 26 I don't have any problems at all as long as I maintain a healthy diet that is suited my metabolism (everyone is different, don't just hop on some generic diet plan, customize your food, your vitamins, your exercise to your own body). I take Men's Sport MultiPacks from GNC with breakfast, or when there aren't any around in my travels I'll take similar packets of between 7-9 pills usually that are for sports, physical endurance, muscle building, etc. I also take B-Complex capsules once a day with dinner.

The most important thing aside from the multivitamins is taking a 500mg capsule of powdered Horny Goat Weed with breakfast and dinner, although for sexual purposes alone you only need to take it once a day and then half an hour before whenever you are going to have sex. Horny Goat Weed also has the same effect on increasing weight loss, muscle mass increasing, increased blood flow and an increase in certain hormones that sometimes causes erection problems, as well as being great as a body building/weight loss enhancer.

I recommend alternating pills and food for any pills that are meant to be taken while eating. Completely agree. Forgot pills and supplements. Exercise lots. Drink lots of water. Have a consistent sleep routine (consistent wake up time is great). Cut back on alcohol. Quit smoking and drugs. Eat natural and healthy food. Finally eliminate stress from you life. This could take the form of paying off debt, getting a job that's more in-tune with the real you, or meditation.
