Yes, you heard me correctly! Go to your favorite porn tube and search for "dancing bear" and you'll see what I mean. If those guys can walk up to girls and do what they do - or have what gets done to them, to be more specific - then imagining myself just trying to start a conversation with a woman seems so much easier by comparison. VERY useful tool!
Any science fiction fans here? Here's something from the novel "Dune" that may also help with overcoming AA: "I must not fear. Fear is the mind killer. Fear is the little death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past, I will turn the inner eye to see it's path.
