well ive left it two days now , i was thinking about using virtually the same tactics about the call but instead ill say " i'm abit busy at the minute i'm just doing xxxx i will text you tonight once i'm back if you have a spare 5 minutes.

I suggest you text her a bit and keep it light and funny. Then when you're at the point of comfort and attraction you can call her. You will be able to notice this if she answers rather quickly, gives longs answers. Also remember to treat her the same way. If she wait an hour to respond you wait at least an hour too. If she answers immediately wait for about 10 minutes etc.

Joking about it was a good approach. I agree with some of these guys that you shouldn't make a big deal out of the fact that she didn't text you back for a week. Don't even bring it up. It sounds like if you're gonna win this girl over, you're going to have to work at a slower pace and get her comfortable and attracted to you.

Personally, I would have left out the "if you 5 minutes to spare. I have to pick your brain about something." Call the girl regardless if she's busy or not. If you manage to stimulate some good conversation with her, she'll want to stay on the phone for more than 5 minutes anyway.

The last line makes it sound like you need to have a serious conversation with her about something. You can use this to your advantage. Get her on the phone, build up the tension with her by telling her how important it is to talk to her about it, and just when she's ready to go off the edge with anticipation, drop the bomb on her with something really silly to break the tension in a good way. That would be a great start to a phone conversation.

To answer your last question, DO NOT text her again until she responds. I suggest waiting until she responds, then waiting a day or two, then call her for a short convo.

I wouldn't text her tonight like you said you would. She'll want to know what was so important and wonder why you didn't text like you said. Then just call her the next day or two with the approach I mentioned above.

i thought if i never text her tonight she might think i'm a twat... i guess she did ignor me for a week lol

Call her tomorrow when you're in a good mood.. Don't text her beforehand. Have a light, funny conversation. If she mentions that you didn't text last night just be like "oh yeah I got a little drunk, I didn't know if I'd trust myself to talk to you." (or a slight variation)

quick update , so i text her this afternoon .

i started with " hello , i am looking for xxxx you dont know where i could find her do you "

she text back laughing etc , anyhow when i first got her number i gave her something and keep saying shes stole it , so i said that she best keep a low profile as the police are looking for her .


she replied with
" haha i'll go hide. i'll make sure the item in question gets back to its owner.


me = " i would if i was you , bla bla bla . i never mentioned getting it back .


she hasnt text me after that , where do you tihnk i stand now
