To introduce myself, there was a point in my life that made me really anti-social so I am not really socially "adept". However, I want to take a big step forward and begin a new transformation. Not only do I want to pickup woman and hope to find "the one". Overall, I want to have a better relationship with people in general such as at work. Most importantly, some of my friends and family that I have neglected in the past. You guys will see me posting in the forums a lot because I am very eager to learn! Thanks

hello everybody to this forum... Myself Fem fort of 24 yrs old boy, am physically very weak. I need some useful tips on bodybuilding..... plz help me...

I think you net to go to a gym and have more muscle's on maybe a few months on if you want changes on your body.
