I've been having some success with this:

At completely random point in the conversation, try to initiate a random game that seems impossible to play through words -- I've tried tic-tac-toe, duck duck goose, pong, and rock paper scissors.

Might sound weird, but this shit works -- here's a convo I had with an HB8:
(12:45:59 AM) crilleyfries: alright, rock paper scissors. it's on.
(12:46:16 AM) beyotchfocho22: lol what?
(12:46:18 AM) crilleyfries: 1
(12:46:19 AM) crilleyfries: 2
(12:46:20 AM) crilleyfries: 3
(12:46:22 AM) crilleyfries: ROCK
(12:46:28 AM) beyotchfocho22: PAPER
(12:46:33 AM) crilleyfries: damn
(12:46:40 AM) crilleyfries: you're good.
(12:46:46 AM) beyotchfocho22: hahaha
(12:46:50 AM) beyotchfocho22: rematch? maybe ill let u win ;)
(12:47:11 AM) crilleyfries: 1
(12:47:12 AM) crilleyfries: 2
(12:47:14 AM) crilleyfries: 3
(12:47:16 AM) crilleyfries: SCISSORS
(12:47:30 AM) beyotchfocho22: ROCK
(12:47:56 AM) crilleyfries: god damn it you're good
(12:48:12 AM) crilleyfries: well remind me never to play you for money
(12:51:07 AM) beyotchfocho22: hahahaha
(12:51:16 AM) beyotchfocho22: or over the internet ;)

Or, my personal favorite, Duck Duck Goose:
(11:20:30 PM) crilleyfries: alright, duck duck goose, let's go
(11:20:35 PM) rawr manduh: lol wtf?
(11:20:42 PM) crilleyfries: duck
(11:20:44 PM) crilleyfries: duck
(11:20:45 PM) crilleyfries: duck
(11:20:46 PM) crilleyfries: duck
(11:20:47 PM) crilleyfries: duck
(11:20:49 PM) crilleyfries: goose!
(11:20:53 PM) crilleyfries: running running running running
(11:21:05 PM) crilleyfries: running running running running
(11:21:20 PM) rawr manduh: i caught u!
(11:21:30 PM) crilleyfries: YOU CHEATED
(11:21:36 PM) rawr manduh: hahaha no i didnt!!
(11:21:40 PM) crilleyfries: you tripped me!
(11:21:44 PM) rawr manduh: rofl hahaha
(11:21:50 PM) rawr manduh: how can i trip u?
(11:21:55 PM) crilleyfries: well it's easy
(11:22:05 PM) crilleyfries: you stick your foot out, and wait for the first incredibly sexy guy to come along and trip on it.
(11:22:12 PM) rawr manduh: hahaha sorry baby :)
(11:22:20 PM) crilleyfries: brb getting a band-aid
(11:22:25 PM) crilleyfries: don't talk to cheaters anyways ;)

What do you guys think? Sets you up for easy negging, C&F, and it's just pure fun -- plain and simple. Something girls don't see every day ;)

i've tried the rock paper scissors one before and it seems to work pretty well, the duck duck goose one doesnt seem like it'd work all that well to me though, and how would you do tic tac toe or pong?

Haha. I actually like duck duck goose better simply because it doesn't make much sense at all, and if you play it right you'll get some laughs. The basic idea of using these is that you're setting them up to cheat (because of the time it takes to type, whoever takes the longest is guaranteed to win). Since you know they're going to cheat, it's easy to neg/C&F.

Pong is fun. You can't see it because this board doesn't handle whitespace very well, but each | . I'm sending the period a little bit farther.

(1:28:38 PM) crilleyfries: alright we're playing pong let's go
(1:28:42 PM) crilleyfries: | .
(1:28:47 PM) crilleyfries: | .
(1:28:51 PM) crilleyfries: | .
(1:28:55 PM) crilleyfries: | . |
(1:29:01 PM) crilleyfries: QUICK SAVE IT
(1:29:06 PM) Camillle Marie: |
(1:29:07 PM) Camillle Marie: what?
(1:29:12 PM) crilleyfries: 1-0 :-D
(1:29:15 PM) crilleyfries: your ass is mine
(1:29:23 PM) Camillle Marie: I DONT KNOW HOW!!!
(1:29:32 PM) crilleyfries: alright, next point :-D
(1:29:34 PM) crilleyfries: | .
(1:29:37 PM) crilleyfries: | .
(1:29:43 PM) crilleyfries: | .
(1:29:47 PM) Camillle Marie: |
(1:29:47 PM) crilleyfries: | . |
(1:29:51 PM) crilleyfries: nice save.
(1:29:56 PM) Camillle Marie: hahahha
(1:30:05 PM) crilleyfries: send it back quick!!
(1:30:17 PM) Camillle Marie: .|
(1:30:30 PM) crilleyfries: ...
(1:30:40 PM) crilleyfries: looks like the game froze
(1:30:49 PM) Camillle Marie: . |
(1:30:51 PM) Camillle Marie: ?
(1:30:54 PM) crilleyfries: SHIT IT'S COMING FAST
(1:31:04 PM) Camillle Marie: . |
(1:31:16 PM) Camillle Marie: . |
(1:31:21 PM) crilleyfries: . |
(1:31:24 PM) crilleyfries: god damn it.
(1:31:30 PM) Camillle Marie: uhg
(1:31:32 PM) crilleyfries: sorry don't play with cheaters
(1:31:37 PM) Camillle Marie: haha
(1:31:40 PM) crilleyfries: ;)
(1:31:43 PM) crilleyfries: what's up babe?

It doesn't really have to make sense. :P That's the point. In this case I used it as an opener just so I could show you guys an example, but I usually use it somewhere in the mid-point of the convo.

I think we can build on this routine -- how could we put some DHV in?

lol, I tried the rock paper scissors and everything was going find but then she found out that MSN has a built-in rock paper scissors game so she started that, so it pretty much sucked, I beat her all 3 time though.

The next day I tried, duck, duck, goose and it worked perfectly, after that I tried pong and it went fine, so then I decided to play hide and seek and I think it was the most successful.

it's easy to play you tell her to count while you hide, after that she will set out to find you, and she will say something like "I see you" or "I found you" and then you tell her that she cheated because she was looking while counting.
