most people will consider pleasure as seating on the beach in Hawaii, listening to the waves and music with a drink it the hand. but the truth is that this is not pleasure, this is almost like falling a sleep and forget about everything. The truth is that pain is necessary for pleasure. like a soccer game, if players run without the ball it is like a sadistic punishment, but with the ball they will run faster and have a great pleasure.
without pain there is no pleasure.

It doesn't matter how perfect it seems to you.
You have to field test it.
A routine could seem retarded, but if it field tests well, then it's gold.
