Hey having an issue here, just need some advice/someone else's opinion on the situation. Basically I went out twice to a club in the last few days and here's what happened:

1) Managed to open several sets for the night, two of which I was in for a fair while and are the ones I need advice on. One of the sets was a 3 set, and all 3 were girls, and just me dancing in there. I got in, the approach and opening is the easy part, once I'm in, I'm just dancing confidently getting smiles, etc (just from one of them)... She's the one I targeted when coming into the set. My approach is usually to get eye contact with one of the girls in the set (even guys if it's a mixed set) and if they smile back, or respond in any way, I use that as permission to slowly move into the set, and mirror them for a bit, til I reassess a new target if I want to change or stay at that one. Anyway, in this 3set I had the same target the whole time and she was opposite me, while the other 2 of the set were left and right of me. I don't know if it was me being pussy and not isolating her, but what sort of IOI's are given on DFloors?

The second set from that night was a 6set all girls, I use a prop to peacock and they grabbed it, brought me into the set, and I used it from there. It turned into a 4set, and I ended up dancing with them for about 30+min but was this the bad thing? Should I have made my move earlier? The weirdest part is that 3 of them grinded with me, when I tried to get the hands of one of them, she was reluctant to hold. Another one would hold no worries, but I couldn't close anything from there because I just got the whole "you're just a fun guy to dance with" look, and that's it. She was smiling and having fun, should I have just ripped in there and tried to close it?

2) This night was worse in terms of performance. Opened even more sets, but the ones that got me was one who I isolated, had her in front of me grinding, had her hand in one hand of mine, and other one was on her hip. Looking back now I should have made a move to close right then. But I feel as though I don't know whether to go for it or not... I never feel "sure" about it. I've been looking around on the forum and finding a few moves I can use and stuff, but I've also seen guys on floor who can't dance anywhere as good as me, just wander around but still close by just sharking for left out girls from sets and stuff.

One other thing from this night, im in a set dancing and had 2 girls come up outt of side view and just jump on each of my legs and start grinding face on. I didn't know what to do I just grabbed both of em and enjoyed the moment. Only lasted about 15-20 seconds... (Didnt have to open ... nothing haha..) But how the hell do I close in a situation like that? Is grinding an IOI for Dfloor game?

Sorry about the mixed questions, I'm just triyng to vent out and get some advice, if you can answer anyhting or just give me insight or your opinion please do. Also just to add, I can actually dance alright, not great or anything, but I do get compliments from girls and guys on the floor, both direct and indirect. I also rep a certain style on the floor that makes me unique. But yeah I can just use my confidence and moves to get into sets... Just cant close them, I'm leaning to believe it's because I dont isolate quick enough and then the girl just assumes im coming in for a dance and that's it...

First of, your post is all messy and I'm quite confused. Anyhow, I'll try to answer some of your questions!

What sort of IOI are given on Dfloors?

There are many IOI... Smiles, girl who look at you a couple of times, if they mirror you or even approach you directly. For the isolating part, you actually don't even need to isolate her to do a move on her... So yeah, it's just you being a pussy.

As for the second set, you danced with them 30 MINUTES? without doing any moves? Do I need to tell you you're in a night club? You should do a move in the first 5 minutes... One thing that fascinate me is, you said a couple of times you are a confident guy. If it's true, why don't you ever risk anything and try to do a move? Are you scared to get rejected?

One more thing I would like to know, when you say you shouldve have closed them, do you mean F-close, K-close or number-close?

As for the 2 girls who jumped in front of you and danced for 15-20 secs. Truth is, they were making fun of you. You got to open your eyes and realise what is happening. Bitches do that kind of stuff all the time. I wouldve just blown them away... How to do in that situation? You stop dancing, make a weird face, point her hair and say: Eeeew, what is this thing in your hair???
Then you leave them.

In conclusion, you still have lot of progress to do. That being said, closing on the dancing is the easiest way to close so once you get better at it, you'll see tons of results!

I feel like I should tell you a bit more about dancefloor game so you could do better. Tell me if you are interested about it!

Since I figured out it could interest some people here, I will write a short posts about the fundamentals of dancefloor game.

Dancefloor game

Lets start with the approaching part. You guys need to realise approaching on the dancefloor is really easy and you shouldnt be struggling with the opening part... Personally, I do all kind of fucked up approaches and it usually work out well. For example, I can step on someone foot, just stand in the middle of the dancefloor and look at someone for a while before you actually start laughing and go talk to them, eye contact, mirror, everything... EVERYTHING! Once you have approached the set, you have two option. Leave them to go open new sets and come back to them later or stay with them.

Now that you approached your set, you are basically dancing with them and if you don't do any moves soon, it'll just get awkward. From that moment, you need to talk a little bit to them. You can make fun of them (In a nice way, if they react well or make fun of you, you can just act offended). The point here is just to let them be more confortable with you so you are not a stranger anymore.

At that point, you approached them, you spoke to them a little, and now you got to do a move (Remember, you're on a dancefloor...). There are just so many ways to dance with a women without being the creepy normal guy who just pops in their back! If you played the "I'm offended" card, you can just go and say something like: Now I'm mad at you, you gotta do something to get back on the track with me! Or anything that basically tell her she got to dance with you. You could also start dancing like a chump and if they laugh at you or mirror you. You say something like: "I can't dance, show me!". Afterwards, you should grab her and start dancing with her.

Now, you are basically grinding on her. If you think you are easily going to seal the deal with her, you are wrong. However, if you keep doing the right thing, chances are you will stay and close with her. Some guys can go and grind on girls for half an hour and more! They are wrong! The girl will most likely get bored after 5 minutes if you don't do any moves. When you are dancing with her, don't be scared to touch her. Touch her body. Get her aroused. Breath in her neck. At that point, you can tell her whatever you want. (Ex: Your hair smells nice, you look gorgeous, it doesnt really matter, just be nice with her).

Lets say you grinded with her for 5-10 mins while talking to her and getting her aroused. Now you got to do a move! Here's what you got to do: Grab her hands, lift them up, flip her, put her hands on your neck and start grinding with her face to face. This position will allow you to kiss her. Always keep in mind that if you've gotten that far with a girl, she will NOT denie a kiss attempt.

Now you are dancing with her face to face, you NEED to have strong eyes contact with her. Keep looking at her and smile. At that point, you can kiss her without saying anything. You just got to man up a little! However, we all know some of us will not go for the kiss without saying anything. For those, you can just ask her with she's looking at you like this, then look at her lips. Then you could kiss her on the neck, on the cheek and keep getting closer to her mouth. If she didn't back off, kiss her. JUST DO IT.

At that point, you K-closed her. Congratulations! If that's what you we're looking for, you could just hand her your phone so she puts her number in. At that point, you K-closed AND number-closed her. Congratulations!

If you are looking for more, just find any excuses to isolate her (Yes, you don't need to isolate her from her friends until now! ). You could also just take her hand and drag her to some places. Bathroom, your car, outside of the club.

I hope this post will help some of you with dancefloor game! Keep in mind that dancefloor game is really simple and there is thouzands of way to close on it! This is just ONE of them! Just use it as a guideline if you don't know what to do.

But still, experience is the key. And I have no doubt that you guys will soon have your own method!

Appreciate the help MrMatt, thankyou man. All that stuff you said is true, definitely didn't pick those bitches makin fun... but thinking about it now, you see it around a fair bit. I've seen them laughing at guys who make fools of themselves (maybe I was one in that situation?). And deifnitely going to make moves quicker and stop f*ckin around.

Grinding is my prefered way of closing so here's my two cents. Once you isolate a girl and start grinding with her the goal is to get her as aroused as possible. However, don't go too fast or too slow. If you go too slow, she will get bored and the attraction will fade. If you go too fast, you will hit resistance and push her past her comfort zone. The correct pace is steady escalation; getting her more and more aroused and gradually increasing the level of physical contact she is comfortable with.

As you get her aroused, don't be ashamed of getting aroused yourself...getting a woody after a few mins of grinding is a great way to arouse her as well, as long as you don't go too fast. Run your hand through her hair, nibble on her earlobe, etc all while joking around with her.

You can do the turning her around bit to kiss close, but you can also kiss close with her back to you. Once she's sufficiently aroused, bite her earlobe. That should get her really hot and she should start making out with you. If that fails, brush by her cheek, run you hand through her hair and pull her head back slightly by the roots of her hair, then kiss close.

Dude, If I were you, I would lead your target to the other side of the dancefloor, start dancing with her, then get close to her,

And put your hands on her waist, make sure one of her hands are on you, look into her left eye, develop good eye contact and within five seconds of eye contact, just go in and kiss her, but just give her a basic kiss, pull back, then go back really quickly and make it a proper kiss close
