Look for the obvious signs, is she making plans without adding the "we" and changing to the "I" also has she bought new clothes, hair done new make up and visiting friends a lot more? is she flustered around you, sex has either de-creased or increased... has she said I LOVE YOU more often? I had an ex wife who done all of the above which was signs and I was too blind to know it!
