first walk past your target and do a double take and open over your shoulder
then say "hey i know you"... you should get somthing like "no you dont" or something like that
then say "ya you was that girl who got waisted off like 4 beers(you can use shots or whatever), and started running around like naked like a crazy person".... then lean in and say to the group "yall need to watch out for this one"(make sure you smile)
then from there you could introduce yourself to the group or go into a ilaborate story about that night.... but dont give the target time to react and make sure she stays facing your shoulder

is good because your getting creative and is obviously coming across as a lie.

If you play it very smoothly, and show lots of confidence doing this, it may work. But then the whole group must have already noticed you as the Most Social Guy/DHV

IMO, this line ('hey I know you' ) has become 'cliche'. I think in most situations, you will be ignored after the first sentence. The group won't buy this either, since they don't know you and you are not part of the group yet.
(group theory).

Besides you start with the target...so everone know you are after her.

The only thing I find wrong with this is your capitalization.
