There is this girl I know from high school, and I randomly commented her about 2 weeks ago. but anyway

she offered u her number without u asking - thats awesome

the next step is just to plan a meeting dude
dont treat it like a date- dont take her to dinner

she said she doesnt party anymore - is that just cuz she works a lot? or is does she just not like to party

u havent seen her since hs, and shes an old friend - so getting her to a party would be the way to go. So you can get some social proof - and let her have FUN for once since she is always working. Break her from the norm.

And just make sure that you keep ur kino level up high throughout the night and make sure to close her that first night so that u dont LJBF zone it

the more days u spend with her now - since she was an old friend from hs - the more chance u have at just becoming a friend and nothing more

Aceospades12 has the best advice.
when you take her out hug and laugh and poke fun be C&F but if you do not not close. your chances with doing anything with her are very slim. so use kino a little bit of DHV and when the time is right escalate kino and try to
kiss close or maybe even F-CLOSE . best advice anyone will give you is try NOT 2 LAND IN THE LJBF zone(lets just be friends).
