Stupid question, but by "escalating" do you mean simply making a move and not hesitating? lol
He means physically escalating, so yes. There are "right" and "wrong" ways to escalate so I'd look stuff up about escalating and from there its trial & error

I see a lot in this thread "game the girl and not her looks."
I have a hard time gaming HB 9, 10, just getting in the right mindset and looking beyond her looks. I dont exactly know where your coming from when you say "game the girl and not her looks" could someone explain?

What we are basically saying when we say that is look past her looks and look at her personality and game that instead. As when you do that you are gaming her as a person and not as a piece of meat. And because of this you will do far better with the girl. Girls that know they are hot are use to guys playing to their looks, but when you don't cater or play to their looks you just separated your self from like 99% of the guys out there. As she isn't use to a guy not playing to her looks.
