| SO i saw this girl at the pub last week, asked her friend what her name was, and before i had a chance to go up and talk to her, she left. She has mutual friends so i added her on fb, we got talking, got her number, called her up a couple days later and asked her over to my place later that day.
Came over, met for the first time in person, made her a drink and had a really good chat, we had so much in common. Went and saw a movie there and then.
I thought she had a really good time and so did i.
As im dropping her home, sitting in the car, talking small talk, she comes onto me with a big hug, but also says, "ill hug you so theres no awkwardness".
Which was fine, because i never kiss a girl after a 1st date.
sent her a message saying- great to finally meet you in person, i loved the aura you had going, night.
she sends me one back next day saying sorry missed ur message, had a great time etc etc....
As im leaving town for a week, i sent her one back saying- i realise its probly a bit soon, however, do you want to do something before i leave town?
She writes back- sounds like fun, im working tonight, but tomorrow some time we can hang if your free?
Me- ill check my hectic schedule and get back to you
Her- hahaha well i may or may not see you tomorrow then;)
me- cancelled everything, ill give you a call tomorrow
Her- ill look forward to hearing from you.
Then, i call her up earlyish (she sleeps in), doesnt pick up, whatever.
Went for a run and got back to her message saying-
Riley! im so sorry i missed you, i actually have the worst cold today, so i probly wouldnt be very fun/healthy to be around, but let me know when you back and we'll definatly do something;) ps, go for a swim if u can, the waters beautiful and ill be super jealous!
Me- i actually did just go for a swim! but hey, so what if you have a cold, doesnt bother me and my strong immune system.
Her-Ah! i bet it was nice. i dont want you and your strong immune system to get sick.
Me- ok, have a good week.
her- you too:)
i realise i might seem a bit hung up on her and reading into it too much, but shes fucking fine, and surfs just like me.
