Alright, so i just had a bad run in with an ex. I'm a bit messed up about it. Every girl that I have ever been with has either cheated on me or done something along the same lines. I'm tired of it but i still like women of course so I want to be able to detach my emotions from them. Therefor I need help. Where does everyone start? Do you read a book about PU or do you just read all the forum posts? I need direction right now. BTW I'm 21 in college.
