Hey guys what do you think of the cross arms and having hands in the pockets? I have been avoiding this defensive positions but somehow I feel more confident and cool that way as opposed to just having my arms around my side or to the back. I've even noticed Brad Pitt and Matador having the crossed arms pose. Does it make them appear alpha? Thanks.

To walk the walk you first need to make sure that your shoulders are back not hunched forward. Next I would advise a technique where you lock eyes with people and make sure that they break contact first. This conveys you have a silent swagger. Finally one foot in front Of the other and act like you own the place. Best of luck.
