You have to realize that the goal is creating a feeling in a woman, because women are 'feeling human beings' .
So every time you recall something;( she tastes, sees, feels etc) she gets the feeling you anchored again.
if you want to figure out how buy a simple NLP book like NLP for dummies. Very good book it can really change your life.

Elicit state while activating anchor.
So:
1. Elicitation, something that leads her towards a state.
2. Anchor as the state is approaching it's peak.
3. Test/reinforce at later moments.
It's part of the key that you provide the stimulus which is to become the anchor as she is going into the state, rather than while she is in it.
If you think about it it will make sense.
You want the anchor to trigger a response, and not vice-versa.
