Tried it earlier and it worked amazingly.
it goes like this:

WANTED (Girls Full Name)!!
For the following crimes: Cuteness, Being easy to talk to, Indecent exposure (Just anything funny)
She may be seen at shopping centers, salsa classes or a gym near you etc.
If you have any info please do not hesitate to contact us.

So, that's the basic structure you can add other things such as "She can be easy spotted with her incredible bum" to build sexual tension OR "Witnesses say they saw her following (INSERT YOUR NAME) like a lovesick puppy" to DHV

And the more personal you make it, the better it works. Like if you've negged her about wearing lots of make-up, you can say "Sources say that since she disappeared lipstick sales have dropped by 50 %"

I guess from her you can then transition into some Bonnie and Clyde fantasy, with high octane car chases. But I just talked about some speech she has to give tomorrow.
