I have been browsing the site for about a week, just trying to see what everything is about. Seems like a very comprehensive fountain of information. I'm 26 in California. I am actually just getting back into the game since I got out of a long term relationship that ended badly. I did find from reading a lot that most of your basic stuff is easy to incorporate into daily life and makes life easy. Anyways, just wanted to say hey and compliment the great site you have going.
