Just some thoughts on this.
Conventional Cardio is overrated. Look at Tabata Intervals and HIIT.

On the first link there's a YouTube video which shows a BIG guy doing Tabata on a cross-trainer. If he can do it anyone can. The best thing about Tabata is it only takes four minutes and if you listen carefully to the cameraman in the video you'll hear him say you can do anything for four minutes. The scientific research into Tabata shows that it still has positive effects DAYS after you do it.
Quit eating Junk Food. Quit with the Soda, even the diet shit. The overall negative effect it has on your body outweighs any of the taste benefits of Coke Cola or any other similar drink.
Quit having massive amounts of condiments on your food. Things like Ketchup are packed with Carbs and Sugars where as Mayonnaise is packed with grams of fat.
Screw that.
Walk as much as possible. I was reading some articles by Bill Bryson and P. J. O'Rourke about obesity in the USA and when you hear about how many people drive literally
everywhere it's a serious surprise that there isn't a larger number of people who are obese in the States.
Why should you listen to what I have to say?
I got myself down from 14.5 Stone to 10.5. I'm nowhere near my ideal body, but I'm getting there.
