40 minutes pass i get a text "Hey Mitch. it's ______,. You seem like a pretty awesome dude. I did mean it when i said it would be cool to hang out sometime. And, yeah, i hope you dont mind, i got your number from the diary. "

The number she originally gave me was one number short.... so she probably gave it a thought or something...

Don't worry dude, just cuz she has a boyfriend doesn't mean you can't still get her. She went out of her way to contact you, and sounds like she would really like to hang out with you.

She likes you but probably just wants to make sure you're gonna be something solid before leaving a stable relationship with her boyfriend.

I think she was lying, because she wanted to hang out with you but maybe she was too shy to actually do it. The text says it all, she at first didn't want to give you her number but after she regreted that and texted you herself. I think you should ask her out but try not to mention her "boyfriend", like he didn't even exist. Good luck
