Post K-close, i got flaked on the next contact 5 days later (text message) and the freezeout will be a week tomorrow. whats the deal? I didn't use a kiss gambit but i didn't think i needed to ask cause the body language and kino was telling me all i needed but my question would be whats the maximum length of a freezeout before i concede defeat with this one?

dude... you k closed, and then 5 days later decided to send her a text message? Why are you punishing her for kissing you? Right now she's thinking "oh god, am I bad kisser?" or "what an asshole, he makes out with me and then never calls, what jerk!"
You should have texted the day after or something and been like "hb! blah blah something exciting from that last night that's not about the kiss"

that way she knows your number when you call her

Then you should have called the day after that, if you're a firm believer in waiting... go 2 days max. Just bs with her, and you can talk about the time bridge which you should have already established... ie a day 2 or something. This builds comfort and will more than likely get you together with her.

you should aim to ring her or text her the next day while you are still fresh in her thoughts or you could just text her later that evening just too see how she is

Ok, what's this about "punishing her for kissing you"?. Sounds AFC, in its entirety. First, you don't "reward" her for kissing either, that way you're just buying yourself another kiss. Don't get me wrong, what you REALLY WANT... REAALLLY WANT... is to MAKE her WANNA kiss you. Do ya feel me, of course you do.
I don't reward, nor punish. The former is bribery and latter is stupid. I won't go into much detail in MAKING her KISS you, perhaps Rye Lee or L.A Tripp or some other <a href="">PUA Forum</a> Zealot can help with that I'm pointing you into the right direction I dare not TELL you how to do it... YET. =P

Btw, if she freezes out on you... don't feel rejected. Try this, its what I do. I be... more friendly, calling once or twice if she doesn't pick up for reply my messages I freeze back out on her, for like a week or longer. THen I send a message over saying, "I'm heading over to Area 53 for a picnic, I'm giving you the opportunity so you're coming along". Just that. JUST that. It's bound to get a feedback of some sort. However if she doesn't, don't feel as though she ditched you... Stop calling her and tell yourself, damn man this ain't my kind of girl, I'm gonna REJECT her. That's right, she didn't reject me, I REJECTED her. Next time you see her, REJECT HER. Lol, trust me its so fun. If the girls find it fun I think we'd find it funner.

And one more thing, you didn't call her for 5 days not because somebody in the PUA forum said you shouldn't call her before that NOR did you not call because you're punishing her. You did NOT CALL because you were simply to busy to be attending to her during those 5 days.

You can also X out freeze - out at the number close. After number closing, tell her she needs to contact you and because you are so busy. Give her a date a few days from the time. If she "forgets" then two days after the date call/txt be negative. Then freeze her out for a few days (under the assumption you got her attention and she tries to contact you). Then when you do contact her say, I sorry I've been really busy. From here you can easily set a Day 2, because you've just consoled her.
