i think in Texas 17 is ok. maybe if your just 18? But yea 15 will give you 20 is what they always say. Hell i made out with freshmen when i was a senior lol. Actually not too long ago i made out with a girl so young i wont even say it. I was wasted though and thank god it didnt go any farther. Yea im almost 20 now.
