This girl I started talking to randomly is giving me one word answers mixed with questions. Like "Who do I hang out with".......and then after I answer she says "yea". But then she goes "OMG! You look like Kyle Gallner! Like twins!" Which I kinda do but less feminen lol.

Either way I wanna go for a number close but its the first time talking and this time I couldn't read her so I didn't go for it.

any help would be awesome.

Edit: I just reread this and another thing came to mind. When you message her, does she usually hop online to respond pretty quick? I've found that to be a huge ioi online. If she does, she's probably interested in you.

No man sometimes she just ignores it. But say I like her status and another Person commented hours earlier. Right when I hit like she responds to that Other person. It's hard to tell and this shot usually happens. One Convo with potential and the they don't respond or are on facebook on their phone and never get the messages

IDK, disregard everything from my post. I don't use facebook to vet numbers. I just use it to build more attraction and comfort from chicks i've already number closed and am in contact with. Sorry.
