| I suggest doing whatever you can to make yourself look exciting. This girl just got out of a relationship, she's not looking to just jump into another one. That being said, she's looking for some excitement, or a breathe of fresh air.
You work with her, I dont know the setting- but office pranks are always good. Not necessarily pranking her, rather just to get her to be attentive to you from other peoples reactions and what not.
Also, there's a good chance that you've been listed under the infamous "friend zone". It really depends on what your relationship with her NOW is, cause if you have to remind her you like her- that just sounds weird. She's gotta know you're not looking to be friends, you're looking to have a good time and see where things go. telling her you like her does nothing, you gotta show it. Flirt with her at work over anything, it helps the day go by for sure. Then when the time comes, invite her to meet up with a group at a bar somewhere- you can take the group route to make her feel more comfortable, or if you think you can build comfort on a one on one go for it, but remember she's getting out of a relationship and looking for fun. Whatever you do, dont take it too seriously- she wont be looking for that, at least at first...
