met a girl at a party; easy number close, infront of her friends, facebook and text game has been solid so far but i can tell shes starting to loose intrest, i have tried setting up two day twos for which she had genuin reasons to turn me down but i dont want to try a third time because i dont want to look needy so i told her to drop me a text when shes free however, the idea of waiting for her to text me seems flawed as any girl would rather meet hair friends than a guy shes met at a party so where do i go from here?

You gave her control, and now she can also decide that she doesn't care so much to make effort and call you - You have good chances at losing this situation.

You have to make sure you are not needy while gaming her - be busy, make plans where you would've gone even without her, etc.

In your situation, you should've called her a third time, then if she turns that down, tease her about it, then hint that you'll be busy with other girls. Maybe the fact that she may lose you if she doesn't act will spark her interest again. Then actually move on, if she doesn't act.
