The second one contains an element of funny and cocky. while the first is none of them.


the version 1 is cold and is asking for a 'he is a douche' alright response.

the second one is ' funny and little light hearted.'

If a girl says this to you are you really going to waste you time trying to think up a witty remark and hope she will magically change her mind?

I mean you could but I think its like trying to re-float a sinking ship. your energies are better used on more viable prospects.
