Shit test = go get that for me, im on my period do you still want to hang out, do you like me, buy me this drink. etc.

neg= nice glasses where you get them target, you're Asian so you have small penis(I get this for being part Chinese), wow your an asshole.

Okay so by definition :

Shit Test = something to test you without making a comment about you personally.

How does that sound?

From what I understand, its comparable to asking someone something and telling someone something. A shit test would be like asking "Will you pass my test?" while a neg would be like saying "Hey, your not passing my test." So shes giving you a chance to pass with shit tests but your negs are just straight up saying shes not meeting your high expectations lol. Guess thats why you pass shit tests with negs. Pretty funny. You'll want to get someone with more knowledge than me to verify this tho. - NoSkillz

Exactly, you often times throw a neg back at your target in response to a shit test for many reasons... but I can thing of a couple that are the most important reasons.

To show that you have balls and won't succum to this shit test

And to punish her for giving you a shit test

I always had a different impression of shit tests however the exact definition is hard to define. However, I am aware of compliance tests which, to me, seem a bit different then shit tests so it may be easer to make a comparison. Mystery Method gets into this, its when either side tries to take control of the frame by getting the other person to comply with a request. A compliance test may be like "hold out your hands" to play some game, or moving your target to a secluded part of the club. You reward your target for compliance with your requests by giving IOI's, then escalate to a more demanding compliance test. If she does not cooperate with your test then you Neg her, show a IOD (indicator of disinterest, such as a rolloff) and then follow up with another compliance test. Run through that cycle until she feel pretty comfortable complying with your wishes. This is when you can get a girl to invest in a future date or a move to another venue.

In comparison, a shit test seems basically like an obstacle they put up that is geared towards making you show interest, qualify yourself, or just give up and move on. "I have a boyfriend" , "My friend and i are gonna leave soon", "what kinda of car do you drive", "buy me a drink" all shit tests. The thing to remember is to never take a shit test seriously ever. Joke around and sidestep the whole thing. Your not intimidated of affected by a "boyfriend", you could care less if they are about to leave cause so where you, you drive '78 Pinto that catches on fire inexplicably, "why would i want to buy someone i don't know a drink?" ect.
