For you guys who have seen the blueprint. I have this rule that I am not supposed to think when I am out in clubs and pubs, in order to stay outside of my head and in state. It works for me, do you have any other "tricks" that you would like to share?

muse = think, aMUSEment = don't think. I like this little line.

Cheers!

Back in my prime, I used to begin by saying truths. Basically talk to people about straight up facts about wherever I was. I would talk to bartender, girl, friends and inanimate objects if necessary.

Then I'd start saying my opinion, and I'd start to feel more and more in state, then I'd play the mental game that if something pops in my head I'd say it. So I'd go in state by blabbing like a turrets kid, then again I'm not retarded. Eventually I would say w/e I was thinking; from "I think I wanna make babies with you" to " 1+1 = 11 not 2" that of course wouldn't be my opener, but soon in the convo.

Draw state from expressing yourself freely without a brain filter and pretty soon you will always say what on your mind and I think that where the state came from.

I have no clue how you can accomplish this. I am always thinking way too much.
