I am not new to pick-up and have educated myself on the subject through various books such as The Game and Mystery Method and so on however that is why I am posting in the Natural section because I do not believe in the majority of the canned b.s. First, I want to discourage you from gaming any women you work with, it is a terrible idea.
There are plenty of other girls out there, why add situations you don't need to work and your life? Dating or messing around with a girl who you work with can be a huge pain in the ass. You need to realize that very few people are mature enough to have a work place relationship(I've had only one, plenty of mistakes though).
Now adding a BF to it doesn't help any, why do you want to cause issues with someone else? If you are working in a top par restaurant I think you should enjoy the fact that you likely get solid pay and not screw that up. It's not worth it.
When it comes to gaming girls in a work environment nothing changes. You illustrate yourself as a high status mate, then you play the game. What I mean by that is courtship is a game, if you come on to quickly you don't make yourself "scarce"
enough. If you don't come on enough then you don't send the signal. You need to make yourself out to be someone different, you can't be the same as every other guy that hits on her. So don't walk up and say "so what's up?", make it a process where you build attraction over the course of a few weeks, slowly escalating.
It's hard to game anyone in a fast paced environment, you are going to need to make her smile. When ever you see her give her a witty line, situational would be best, if she just dealt with an asshole tell her that is worse then the other dude you dealt with earlier(elevating her while identifying with her to build rapport, with a slight laugh to help).
So your goal right now is to just flirt(making her smile), illustrate yourself as a high quality mate, build attraction, get familiar(we are more attracted to people we are familiar with) and comfort, this will take a minute at work if there is little time to chat. If you want more specifics I can get more specific, but I still think there are better places to game girls then at work.
