So I went out last night, it was pretty cool and I tried some new things.

We (me and some friends) went to a cool club and started dancing, after a while me and one of my friends wanted to do something fun so we went to start dancing on the stage, which was pretty cool. Pretty soon a few girls started dancing right in front of us we were like WTF, they were totally ignoring us but asking our attention with they're actions. So I went to one of the girls and I said 'if we weren't gay, you guys would totally be ours' then I looked at her girlfriend and back at her 'for real'.

This girl totally smiled and looked like I just made her day, she didn't know how fast she should tell her friend.

After that we left without saying another thing but how do you guys think I should have followed up?

Then we went to another bar and a guy started looking for a fight so he totally messed with my mood. So when I was in the bar I was like fuck this and I left on my own.

Then when I was waiting outside I wanted to open some girls so I walked up to a few and I asked them with a timeconstraint 'what do you think of girls with tattoo's?", I heard multiple answers and then I said "my niece has a BF and wants to get a tattoo of his name on her arm, what should I do". The girls responded but when my question was done they didn't at all give me any signals that they wanted me to stay for a little bit. They were more like, when are you going to leave (though I've put in a timeconstraint). This happened with 2 groups.

Was something wrong with the opener?
I think it might have been a combination of my mood, a poor timeconstraint (just: i'm waiting for my friends a bit) and wrong locations (just outside the club, while they were waiting).

What do you guys think went wrong?

Thanks brothers, I love this forum!:)

First off, the line is "If I wasn't gay..." and I always hated that line. When you're dancing with other dudes and you say "If WE weren't gay..." it cements in her mind that you are absolutely GAY! Especially when you all leave afterwords with no follow up. As for the time constraint, don't say you're waiting for your friends outside of a club! What does that tell them? 1. Your friends show up whenever they please and you will just wait for them outside while they take their time, 2. You need your friends to have a good time, you can't just go into the club, meet strangers, and be fun on your own, 3. You bring up that you're waiting for your friends as the first part of each of your sets, which can be seen as you being insecure and wanting them to know that you have friends and you aren't just there alone. Anyway, just take these small modifications into your game next time and see how much improves! Best of luck to you :D

The niece with the tattoo is just a random opinion opener I heard somewhere. Nice to see some other Dutchians around here, what area are you from?

Thanks for the comment, so you think I should drop the 'I'm waiting for my friends' and say something like 'I have to go soon but..' and completely drop the gay thing?

The gay thing wasn't something I wanted to do regularly but it looked like fun to try it sometime and it was a lot of fun!

I'd personally use something along the lines of "Ayy you guys got any experience with *club name*, I'm about to head out"

As an opener?

And how do you follow up, because you can't really talk

If you can't talk inside the club because the music is too loud, what do you guys do?

But you don't have to go outside or anything, you can lean over and talk right into her ear. A little kino while doing it, lay your hand on her shoulder.
