I personally think you did the wrong thing by saying that she needed to take it to the next level. She clearly likes you if, as you say, shes inviting you round every night. I dont know if you went round everynight, however, i would have declined some of those offers from her just to make it seem like you had more important things to do and if she wanted your attention, she would have to work harder than that. Therefore, if she was going to try and work harder for your attention, when you go round to hers you may get more out of it. Its seems as though she has a strong LMR, which you will you to work on to break down. Im not the best person to speak to about it, but from experience, freeze out has worked 90% of the time for me. Uh, difficult girl, I had a similar one a few weeks ago, I think there are a few different issues with these kind of girls.

At first self confidence, I think she's having a low self confidence, that's why she's still trying to draw attention from her Ex-BF, and that#s also the reason why she's needing your attention so badly.
The downside is, that as soon as you give attention to a person with low self confidence, that person will loose respect for you, and therefore attraction. Because anybody who respects HER, the girl without value, must be of low value too.

Secondly, LMR, I think that's another issue, and I don't think she does this on purpose, so it's not something she could overcome by simply saying "ok, let's have sex".
