im 20 years old and fresh to the game (2 weeks) i have a decent level of confidence but naturally the hotter the women the less confident i become. just reading some of the forums online makes me feel more relaxed and confident about approaching women but..
when it comes to actually trying out some of these techniques as i did over the past 2 weekends, has shown to be not so easy as it looks.
In saying this i have approached with a couple of techniques i learned over the week and some i think worked while others might need more practicing.
I ended up with a number and kiss close friday night but she was a 3/10 lol and i was smashed. I still think this is a good start for earlier this year i was unable to make any approaches what so ever.
i went out again last night and there i was a total AFC but with more confidence then i had ever felt before. the night started great and a few hb's were giving me a look and my friends and i were chatting to 3 hb's and we had only been in the club for half an hour. later that night we were at another club and my friend told told me to open up the set so i went straight up to this hb 9 and her friend (also hb 9) and said hey.... i lost all my confidence in those few short seconds after saying hi to these girls. i ran out of things to say i felt like i was way out of my league. to make matters worse these girls had guy friends with them and they were laughing at me and my friend failing miserably with these beautiful girls, i quickly said have a good night and went and got a drink feeling terrible.
it hasnt bothered me much but i find it funny how quickly things can change when your psychologically not in the game.

She's hot yea, but why does that matter? If she has a shit personality, you're not going to want to meet her. Ergo, don't let beauty blow you out of the water. If the girls are hot, they're going to know they're hot, they'll have guys telling them they're hot. Forget how hot they look. You're there to see if they're worth meeting and hanging out with.

If they're in a group, never approach the target directly, but introduce yourself to the group. Even to the guys. Chances are, the guys may not even be close to closing on any of them. Introduce yourself to the group, bring everyone into the convo. That way you're less likely to be blown out of the group.

But you know what? Get blown out. Do it repeatedly. Go in. Get blown out. Who cares if you get blown out? Do it early into the night. So go into a club. Before you even get a drink. Introduce yourself. And get ejected. First sets are mostly going to be a bust. If it's good, then keep going. If you know you're gonna get blown out, try something new(a technique you've never tried). Gauge the reaction, then eject yourself if things go wrong. Chances are, you'll get more and more practice as you get blown out, find out what doesn't work and what does. And if you get blown early, you'll stop caring what else girls do later on during the night. So what if they blow you off? You're only giving them a chance to meet you. They don't want too? Then move on, they'll just waste your time.

thanks heaps thats just the mind set i need. taking on a group of 4 or 5 with mixed genders sounds like it would take a big set of balls to do so but ill look more into it. and will deffinently make more approaches early in the night. cheers

It's harder to approach, but once you get into the group, it becomes simpler. Lead the men and you'll lead the women. It's all about social proofing.
