I am not exaggerating when I say that joining MPUA forum and reading the layguide has changed my life, from a 39 year old guy with low self esteem and no confidence who generally avoids women, to someone who is now getting smiled at, gazed at, phone numbers, dates and casual touching from 90% of the women I approach now, in just the last 3 days of applying what I consider to be the most important advice from these sites!

The most important thing I learned here about attracting women is that you need to have (or develop) confidence in yourself, and apply your confidence to successfully achieve your goal. And no one is more successful in life than alpha males and alpha females.

The following definitely works for me:

ALWAYS THINK\ACT\BE THE ALPHA MALE:
> confident
> never shy
> never afraid
> doesn't care what people think
> always takes the lead
> takes control
> has attitude
> knows what he wants and goes after it
> fun to be with/playfully cocky humor
> dominant
> hightest rank
> respects himself
> gets respect
> fights to remain alpha
> never is beta, gamma, delta or omega
> stands out/well dressed
> gets/stays fit

When the opportunity strikes, ALWAYS:
> think/act/be the Alpha male
> select target
> 3-second rule + smile + eye contact
> rebut/playfully counter any resistance
> connect + close - strive to get something from her (smile, telephone number, date, touch etc.)

Not only does this work wonders for me when approaching women, my new alpha male "mindset" is beginning to cause women to look at me even when I am not approaching them! They see confidence in me now (even though I am just projecting it but I still take advantage of this opportunity).

Lucky you! Im 39 and have only now figured this out a few days ago after joining this site and reading the lay guide. Don't get me wrong, I knew some things to attract a woman (like dressing nice, sense of humor etc.) but the key ingredient was missing (confidence/alpha male attitude). Many times throughout my life, I felt women did not respect me and now I know why - because I lacked confidence. I was always being the nice guy role always aiming to please them instead of doing what's right for both of us. But now I feel free.

well,it's always better later than never ,think about all those poor bastards that probably died alone because they didn't know what we do know now.

there are about 3.5 BILLION girls in the world,we just don't have to be afraid of screwing things up,we only need to stop caring what others might think and the world opens in front of you.
