Hey, so I'm really new to this PUA stuff but its a great challenge. I'm trying to get over AA and oneitis. So I went to a bar yesterday and decided to go for it. I definitely didn't approach all of the girls I could have. I rationalized a lot telling myself they were on their phones or it wasn't the right moment. Regarding the sets I opened, I found myself lost after the opener. I asked them their names and threw some negs at the target but I didn't have a next move. I got some IOIs but I fell like I need a solid transition with a natural DHV story. So, opinions?

Come on guys. I went out again Saturday night and I had the same problem.

Listen to when she talks, get out of ur own mind and stop worrying about what ur next move is or what to say, itll fuck you up. Its easy to keep a conversation going, theres always a topic within a topic you just have to listen.

I foundout if i have the mindset to go out and "Sarge" ill get to workedup and draw blanks and pussout. BUt if i have the mindset i just want to have fun ill have more sucess. Keep in your mind when you see a girl you want to talk to "How can i make this fun?"

First of all, there's one thing you need to know about me: I am not trying to be a better PUA. In fact, I am trying to be a better social person.

I've been in the game for about a year now. I've read so many theory about pick up. After going through different stage, I decided that I wanted to be a better social person. Not just with girls... But with everyone!

Fun fact? My game improved by ALOT when I decided to do so and my results have been way better than I even expected!

I'm not trying to improve my sarging skills, but my talking skills. In fact, having great talking skills will help you way more in general than being good at picking up girls!

If you're a great talker, chances are you'll have a succesful career, tons of friends, have lots of great experiences, and guess what? You'll even be great with girls!

From now on, I think you shouldn't focus on improving your game. Talk to old people! Adapt your talking game to them! I actually think that talking to old people is a great practice for improving talking skills. Why? Because it's way harder to talk about subjects since you don't have much in common with them!

If you can handle a 1 hour conversation with an old person, you'll never have trouble talking to any girl!

Now, what I do in nightclubs? I basically open the most sets I can. I don't have any opener, I just do it. Then I go with : Well, I'm MrMatt, it's a pleasure to meet you (While being very physical). If the conversation is not going anywhere. Just eject, open the nearest set, and come back to them later! They'll see you're a great guy and they will think you know everybody!

The purpose of my reply? Forget a bit about the Pick Up mentality and just try to be a social person. Think about it, it's not normal that you are asking for help on how to TALK to someone. You started to talk after you learned to walk!
