In light of all this recent revival and success, I wanted to give a short prelude of my plans. I will eventually elaborate on these 6 categories:

1.) Plans for a Job and to move out the house (Complete)

2.) Plans for Weight loss and Diet (In Progress)

3.) Plans for kicking bad or poor habits (In Progress)

4.) Plans for School, Career, and my Ultimate Objectives in Life. What I expect from it. (Expected to be in progress for awhile will be at least a 3 part post).

5.) Plans for Pick-up and Social Skills (Complete, but in need of revision).

6.) Plans for Obtaining New Skills (The Art of Debate and convincing others (not related to PUA or social skills), The Art of Sales, The art of problem solving, the art of easily befriending individuals, and the art of using intuition and being able to see ahead).
(In Long-Term Progress). These are just a few of the skills I wish to learn, but these are skills I already somewhat have, just need to polish them up and perfect them. This area will also take some time.

7.) Plans for therapy and fixing my brain/self-esteem (Self-Improvement)- This will also are long term and I will work with a therapist to see that this is fixed.

So basically you should see the vast majority of this finished with in the next month. Others may take up to a few months to truly grasp and understand. I have already made quite a few plans on this, but this is giving some perspective on it as of now.

Any questions or if you all feel anything is missing let me know. I’ll be more than happy to respond and or tell you why or why not I will edit my plans.

The goal from all this is "TOTAL FITNESS". Having a fit Mind, Body, Spirit, Heart (Emotions), Game (Social Skills), and being a responsible person.

Update:

In order to give a general idea of the plans that I can not immediately post, I plan to make short plans or generalized ideas of them. Furthermore, expect LOTS of revisions, the complete edition of the plan should be up sometime with in the next few months by the end of the summer. I expect that first edition to be edited many times as well. I'm expecting by my 21st birthday in a few months that my plan will be completely revised, perfect and ready to act upon.

Expect for my Journal in the other section to become more vital over time as I switch from inner game to outer game over the next few months. Once I finish getting my car, I know that will be the start of intense gaming.

I will also label plans that I have finished (Mission Complete, Date) then short summary. When I feel as though plans have been acted on enough then I will state the above. Though various plans will take years to finish like schooling and career, its nice to have those down for later usage. I'm no sure I will be here for more than a few years, but for the years I am here I plan to constantly update this journal and continously mark off objectives.

I have yet to decide how I will divide up the task ahead of me. I will most likely divide them up similar to military strategies. With and Objective, Campaign (long-term plan), and with Missions (Single Objectives that can be done with in a day, extremely short term), etc. I will mark the various components complete as they are finished one by.

When I'm gone, if this Journal is a complete success, and if I mark the vast majority off with complete and yield good results, then I mark one request. I request that this journal in the inner game section be made into a sticky, in order to inspire aspiring PUA's with poor inner game like my self. I want this journal to serve as a guide for those in the struggle of obtaining their manhood and respect. I would also hope that my other journal in the field report section be either combined with this one in a dual journal type thing, or be made into a separate sticky in this section. I thank you all for taking the time and having the patience to read this message.

Wish me the best of luck all.

Sincerely,

Gaius

I've checked my mailbox and I hope my words helped you. May you have a safe journey as well. And new announcement, I've broken a new masturbation record, 4 days!! Ha-ha at any rate I plan to hold it for a week this time, I only fucked up because I looked at porn. Word to the wise, DON'T look at porn if you’re trying to kick the habit lol. I've found a new habit that helps me to regulate the amount I do it, imagine your grandmother or someone important to you is always watching you. This of course won't always work, but it helps tremendously.

I'm going for a week this week, and next week I plan to go for 10 days, once I reach 12 days I plan to get on a permanent weekly schedule.

Sincerely,

Gaius

Here are some old social/ gaming plans I plan to revise it and edit it. Make comments and suggestions as needed.
Quote:
To further add to what I said above, living in these areas can be a good thing. To be honest this should also be a time of developing some serious inner game. Focus heavy on the inner game, and work on ONE aspect of game at a time. Don't get distracted by kino stuff if you can't even approach without looking away or fluttering. Don't worry about closing if you can't even have a decent conversation. Work one part of game at a time. I think this helps, I'm not expert, but this is just something I came up with to help the rural suburbanites, and the boys out in the sticks. Some layout I follow personally, this may not to everyone. Try each for two weeks; don’t get distracted by ANYTHING else.

Outer Game Layout Plan: (Do each for two weeks to a month, some should be a month minimum)

1.) Approach and Open (Take of month if you have a lot of AA)
2.) Conversation and rapport building/compliance ladder (take a month)
3.) Building Social Circles (Take a month)
4.) Kino/ Sexual stuff (SFT)
5.) Closing
6.) How to set up the dates properly and remain spontaneous.
7.) Other topics that maybe more advance than the things posted here. (Managing Expectations, Lowering ASD, etc.)

You don’t have to follow this to a T, but pretty much this order should be followed, it’s simple, easy to manage and use. If you write detailed journals it’ll help your progress and help you manage things much better. If you can see, these objectives follow a certain flow. Remember ONE thing at a time; don’t get distracted by doing other things. At the same time you could be doing ONE inner game thing at a time. Remember- ONE -don’t get swamped and believe your super man, JUST ONE.

Later I’ll be posting stuff I think a man should work on, and the traits I personally believe he should harness. But first and foremost, take a longer time with these concepts, this could take years, but it’s well worth it. For now I’ll list 5 I believe are most important to game.

1.) Will Power- Having the strength to make a decision, take action, and handle any task that comes up, regardless of inner or outer resistance.
2.) Self Discipline/ Self Control- The rejection of instant pleasure in favor of something greater or achieving a higher goal. (This is simple, it means that if you’re planning to bring a woman back to your house, have enough sense to clean the damn place up, simple ).
3.) Patience- Calming down, and being willing to accept that things take time. NOTHING happens over night; suppress your restlessness in order to do things properly.
4.) Perseverance (Overcoming) - The ability to weather change, hurt, inner and outer resistance, and other difficulties in order to finish a task, EVEN when things become hard. (You’ll find that sticking to things until it finishes greatly improves game).
5.) Diligence- Not out stretching your self, taking things slowly and with thought in order to make sure they’re done right. (This means don’t go fast through any of this shit like speedy Gonzalez and expect it to be done properly. Take your time, do things orderly, calmly. Repeat and repeat activities, drill yourself. If you think you don’t understand something, go back and redo it. Don’t worry about the progress of others, worry about the progress of self. This goes closely with patience, but this is more of don’t become zealous even when you become good, take your time and do it right. )

Do these things in order, do ONE of each at a time, preferably in the order that they are listed in. Take your time, do things right and correctly, if you’ve messed up, don’t fret, go back and retry. Try and retry, that’s the message behind this whole thing, work on one aspect of outer and inner game at a time. No more, no less. Write some of the inner game definitions on the wall, and repeat them daily. People talk about what inner game is, inner game is the combination of Will Power and Self Discipline which combined together is called INNER STRENGTH.

One thing I have on my wall is, “WILL POWER and SELF DISCIPLINE are important assets. I AM DETERMINED to gain INNER STRENGTH and BE STRONG!” It may sound corny, but stuff like this will help you overcome your AA, addictions, and laziness/sloth. It is this that will help you become the person you want to be. Speak your words and they’ll have power. The quickest way to change your psychology is through your words. Anyway I didn’t want to get off on this tangent, it’s just for those guys who are suburbanites/stickboys or guys whose progress is kinda slow. Remember ONE aspect of game at a time, meaning only doing one of each at a time; take a month for the inner game ones. Sometimes it might need longer.

I don’t dare call my self an expert, just things I’ve been doing to help my self get along. Remember to journal all your results down, your feelings, right a field journal, and a journal of feelings. People might laugh at it, but often times writing about past events and how you felt about it can help you to accept what happen. I just recently wrote 10 pages about the embarrassments I put myself through when I was younger, it helped heaps. Thank you for reading this post.

Sincerely,

Gaius

Guys my life is just getting better and better by the day. Today I and my dad were talking about Microsoft certifications. Microsoft is planning to do a massive price hike on all their IT certifications. It put massive fear into my heart; I thought that had forever shut me out from taking the certifications. But then my dad suggested a certification that dealt with business sequel. He then proceeded to tell me if I were serious he was open to sharing one of his tickets with me.

I'M FUCKING STOKED!! I got a free certification. I'm one step closer to a better job and a better life! I will not blow this opportunity, and I'm going to work my ass off. This could be the gateway to a getting a job that can help me pay for everything my self. I could start putting furniture on lay away, taking other certs, and saving a few thousand for emergency funds. I'm excited.

Plan is to move out by the time I'm 22 or 23 years old. Wish me luck all, I'm gonna need it :P !

Today was wicked, my dad finally gave me the microsoft sequence book guys, time for the big bucks soon! He told me that average salary for this skill ranged from 50k-60k$ a year. That would be more than enough to start to pack up and live on my own. Shit guys, wish me luck.

Oh yeah hobbit, I meant specific topics I should focus on, discipline, love, etc. I want topics I've read that post before, just want topic suggestions about inner game. Thank you.

Sincerely,

Gaius

Today was yet another awesome day, I started on my therapy, I'm more than sure they are going to refer me out to a student affordable clinic, and I’m excited. Started my college based therapy and she helped me put some things in perspective. She helped me to understand that I'm currently learning, and that learning is different from progress.

A lot of times I assumed that learning and progress was the same thing, when in fact you have to learn before you progress. I have told her some other personals, and I've rescheduled an appointment for next week. So I'm gracious that this occurred. I'm just happy that I'm getting a neutral 3rd party to help me sort things out; at this point I just needed guidance to be successful in life. Thank you all for reading this message.

Sincerely,

Gaius

Guys I just want you to know that I'm busy but my plan will be written out with in the next month. I have a lot of revision to do. My father actually helped me to pick out certifications that would match my business career and help me to better land a well paying job. So I am going to revise the entire plan, and put up a new edition that way. I was going through the old certification for Microsoft that dealt with program development. I want to administer not develop.

To keep it short I will revise the plan.

I.) Job- Need one pretty, bad. I need a stable place to work, and at least make 10'000 US dollars per year. That might not be significant, but it helps to get started.

Purpose- The greatest reason I want a job is for my independence. People will laugh, but I am still heavily dependant on my parents for money. My mom rarely allows me to use her car to go any where, and I can buy few things I want for my self. My incentive is to have enough money to do basic things, like get a car, take my baby sister to a museum, or be able to catch a movie when I want. I have few stress releasing distractions in my life, and so I want to make this known, that I wish to become independent.

Goals-

A.) Saving up around 5'000-7'000 US dollars and purchasing a vehicle that can get me from point A to point B. I'd prefer something like a toyato prius with some fuel efficiency so I don't burn all my money on gas.

Target Date- The date I set for having my own car is February 6th, 2012. So about a year from now, I expect to have a car.

B.) Have a steady form of income in order to purchase therapy. A big thing I want to do, is be able to actually get some therapy. I think it'll help put me in a positive direction.

Target Date- August 9th 2011, roughly 5 months from now.

C.) Invest in IT certification programs. My dad does it all the time, he goes out and takes the Microsoft certified test. And although I'm in college for business, I need to find a better job immediately. When I say immediately I mean with in the next year or so. I can't buy a condo or live a decent lifestyle with out it. I plan to take a few of these in order to increase my pay and find a good job eventually. These include but not limited to:

1.) Microsoft Certifications: (They all follow a certification Path)

a.) SQL Series Certifications:

i.) MCTS (Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist) (With in 45 days I’ll have this)

ii.) MCITP (Microsoft IT Professional) (With in the next 120 days, I’ll have this)

b.) Share Point Certifications (Begin with in 4 months)

i.) MCTS (in Sharepoints, yes MCTS in SQL is completely different and separate).

ii.) MCITP (Administrator)

iii.) MCPD (Developer) (Microsoft Certified Professional Developer)

c.) Microsoft Office Specialist (Easy crap to add on to my resume (3 months tops)

2.) Java Platform (follows a chronological chain of succession)

a) Sun Certified Java:
i.) Associate
ii.) Programmer
iii.) Business Component Developer

3.) Adobe Certification Programs
a.) Visual Communication With Adobe Photoshop
b.) Rich Media Communiation With Adobe Flash
c.) Web Communication With Dreamweaver
d.) Video Communication With Adobe Primiere Pro

Estimated Cost- Roughly 2'000 US Dollars

Projected Earnings- Roughly 20'000 US Dollars

Purpose- To get a well paying job, 30'000-50'000 at starting pay in order to get ready for my next objective.

Target Date- April 15th of 2012

D.) Final Goal from Getting a Job- Buying my own damn condo. I need to move out of home and have my own place to stay.

Purpose- I want to live closer to Chicago so that I can go to clubs, have a decent well paying job, and do stuff whenever I want to. I don't want to have to rely solely on a motor vehicle, and would love to use public transit. I also wouldn't mind being able to through a few parties, and from time to time allow my baby sister a refuge from our parents’ house when she visits.

Target Date- June of 2013 (Significance- I’ll be done with my bachelors by then, and I’ll be able to probably land an even better job).

Execution of this plan-

1.) Apply for 5 jobs at least 3 days out of the week.

2.) Save the money over a period of times. The money will be broken into 6 categories.
A.) Car
B.) Savings for emergencies
C.) Personal Entertainment- Clubs, drinks, cabs, etc.
D.) Condo
E.) Certifications
F.) Therapy, Holistic Wellness Purposes

3.) Purchase a Car: Will give me the ability to move around, go to clubs, and gain a degree of autonomy I currently don't witness.

4.) Completion of Certifications in order to increase pay.

5.) Locate a new and better job after working in one place for roughly a year or so.

6.) Begin saving up for the down payment on my new condo.

7.) Move the fuck out and be able to go out to a club every weekend.

There you have it, a solid plan in terms of getting my finances straight. Having 3 dollars and 15 cents to your name isn’t all that conducive to being able to go out and game. Job, Car, Condo. That’s my motto for quite sometime. I’ll get into gaming heavy once I get a car and start my therapy. For now, I just need to get a job. I’ll take one step at a time.

Great news folks, my plan is actually fixing it self up more than I thought it would. It should be done with in a week or two. I have also gotten an interview with ALDI. Job pays 12.50 an hour, I have also started chapter one of Microsoft SQL baby!!! So I'm going to let you all know how all of this goes. Expect a full plan soon.

Yours Truly,

Gaius

I finally finished chapter 1 of my MCTS SQL SERVER book. I'm excited and know that this progress is going towards the right direction. I must say, those were the longest, most boring 60 pages I've read in my life. But making 50-60k a year can't hurt. Only 12 chapters to go and chapters 2 and 3 are actually shorter than chapter 1 combined. I’ll be reading chapter 8 by the end of next week. And by June 21st I'll be taking that exam. I hope to ace it and stay focused. Thanks for tuning in. An up date:

1.) I've revised my IT goals.

2.) Finished my plan to fix bad habits.

3.) Nearly done with my diet and exercise plan.

4.) About to revise my Social Gaming Plans

5.) Ready to make Career goal assessments

6.) Lining out the new skills I want.

7.) Receiving bi-weekly therapy.

As you can see I'm actually taking steps towards my plan. This is exciting. I have a job interview NEXT WEEK!! Wish me luck. My plan will be finished soon. I plan to work on it all night tonight and have it done by the morning. By tomorrow I should have a plan that flows like water with clear logic. My plan will be a clear chain of events that you will be able to see occur. I've also started a post in the lounge for those wishing to join me in my quest of making a plan and acting on it. I plan to soon start a blog in order to convey my journeys to you all.

Take care for now and have a wonderful Memorial Day Weekend for those who are from the states. Have a great weekend for everyone else.

Sincerely,

Gaius

Plan to Financial and Physical Independence:

I.) Job- Need one pretty, bad. I need a stable place to work, and at least make 10'000 US dollars per year. That might not be significant, but it helps to get started. And secondly I would also like for you to put the following on the very bottom of the post, with a space in between in between the concluding paragraph and the following statement:

Purpose- The greatest reason I want a job is for my independence. People will laugh, but I am still heavily dependant on my parents for money. My mom rarely allows me to use her car to go any where, and I can buy few things I want for my self. My incentive is to have enough money to do basic things, like get a car, take my baby sister to a museum, or be able to catch a movie when I want. ii.) MCITP (Administrator)

iii.) MCPD (Developer) (Microsoft Certified Professional Developer)
2.) Oracle (Fuck it I’m just doing SQL and SharePoint. No need to get distracted. I’m going to be a SQL and SharePoint Master). So I’ve found a clear plan of action.
      • a.) Oracle Certified Professional, MySQL 5 Developer (With this I’ll be able to administer SQL changes to a server, and with my Microsoft knowledge I’ll be gold for companies.)

3.) I plan to eventually get a PMI certification in PMI-Scheduling Professional, but now for the next several months even years this certification is not important. It will be important down the line when I plan to jump from 5 figures to 6 figures and part II of my plan comes out later. For now I'm content with 50-60k.
Estimated Cost- Roughly 2'000 US Dollars

Projected Earnings- Roughly 20'000 US Dollars

Weight Loss Plan (The Gaius Diet/ The Gaius Workout Plan)

I.) Eating Schedule
  • A.) Breakfast- 10:00am
    B.) Brunch- 12:00pm
    C.) Lunch- 2:30pm
D.) Gourmand- 5:00pm (Short for la pause gourmande in French, means the afternoon break or to enjoy food before dinner. Frequently used by the French as a short stop before dinner. I simply shortened to Gourmand).
    E.) Dinner- 8:00pm
II.) Dietary Composition (Daily In Take)
  • A.) Carbohydrate Group- 6 servings (Potatoes, Corn, Wheat, Pasta, etc.)
    B.) Vegetable- 3 servings
    C.) Proteins- 3 servings
    D.) Fruits- 2 servings
    E.) Dairy- 2 servings
F.) Fats, Oils, Sweets- Once a week and not often, in small quantities.

III.) Dietary Rules
  • A.) No sweets before noon or after 6:00pm.
    B.) No food after 10:00pm.
C.) Prepare some meals early if necessary for if I plan to be gone all day.
D.) Junk food can only be eaten once every ten days or about 3 times or less a month. It must still follow the parameters set by the above.
E.) Follow the guidelines as much as possible.
F.) Avoid pops, candies, simple carbohydrates, and oils.
G.) If I fail or have a slight slip up I will not abuse the mistake or continue to make it. Slip ups will happen frequently or often; however, I will not binge and through out my entire plan. If I fail I will stay on course and stay focus, accept what happen, and document what triggered me to want to eat that certain food, at that certain time. This will help to prevent future relapses and slip ups.
H.) Mostly lean meats packed with omega 3 fatty acids (fish, lean cut chicken). Avoid heavy meats like beef or pork that contain omega 6 fatty acids. Avoid lots of diary products.
I.) Consume more seeds (in frequently, seeds contain lots of fats), Fresh Fruits, and Vegetables.
IV.)Planned Supplements
  • A.) Multi-Vitamin
B.) Testosterone Booster (Low testosterone count, will consult my local medical official before taking any testosterone boosters or testosterone based products/ programs) ((GNC Brand most likely)).
C.) Standard Process Purification Program (Whole Body Cleanse) - Will NOT be occurring at the same time as taking the testosterone boosters and multi-vitamins for that matter. Will consult my dietian aka one of my ex-professors about the matter. Goal is to cleanse my body, my bowels, and liver in order to promote virility and gain back my full erections I’ve lost due to chronic masturbation. This process will occur 6-8 weeks before or after the testosterone process.
D.) Omega 3 Fatty Acids- Help balance depression. Will consult dietian and medical professionals before taking this in conjunction with any other supplements.
V.) Caloric Intake
  • A.) To Maintain Present Weight- 2219 Calories (215 LBS/ roughly 97.5 kilos/ about 15 Stone)
B.) To Reach Optimum Weight- 1800 Calories
C.) Minimum Consumption Allowable (Per Day)- 1500 Calories (Early Weeks of the diet, will consult medical professional before attempting such a low intake)
