I have this dilemma where I can't seem to pull the trigger and have this girl come back home with me after work. I've had a crush on this girl for a while and the feeling was mutual a few years ago, the. I went ahead and confessed my crush on her through txt one night after hanging out, atleast all she told me was "good game" lol... Anywho she's interested, I pick up IOIs all the time (yesterday I txted her to go smoke some weed but she was busy, then she asked if I worked, so I told her "mayhaps we'll run into eachotherat work" and her reply was "hopefully!")

EDIT: due to too much work from both sides we usually hang out on break or after work for a bit, usually in her car or mine and maybe parked in a spot over looking water or a park at night...

So we end up hanging out on break and after work (for a few minutes after work) I feel like I've stuck myself in the friend zone, I can't seem to get how or when I should throw the invite to my house, my excuse was gonna be so she could meet my friend bongzilla... I have no routines or lines to get her interested to come over and even if she did idk if I could even get a KC (I guess I could plow hard core to get one, gotta get her in my room first) ... Any thoughts or comments or constructive criticism?

wait does she bring her own weed or does she allways use yours be carful dude drugs and love dont mix well try not bringin your weed to work ask her if she wants to smoke in your car after work when you guys are there check ur glove compartment or something and say i forgot it at home then act to her response of that give her a reason to want to come home

Naw she's defenetly interested, I just... Don't know how to go about getting her to bed lol, she smokes me up alot, we share but she usually ends up putting about 60-70% more than me so she's deff not mooching from me lol

You could always just start driving to your place and when she asks "Where are we going?" just say "My place to smoke a bowl" or something of that nature. My experience is that if you say something like that, targets will usually reply with "Okay." This is because of presuppositions, which is where you act like it's been assumed that they've agreed to it. (Whenever I do a number close, I use these. Example: "Hey, punch in your number really quick and I'll text you later." or "What's your number." Don't give the option of yes or no in asking.)
And then from there, just gradually build up the kino. There's this thing called the Foot-in-the-door phenomenon, which works great for building up the kino from just a touch to sex.
The foot-in-the-door phenomenon is basically when someone agreeing to you doing one small thing lets you do something a little bit more later, and then you gradually build up to a goal. (It's something I learned about in a college level psychology class and I've tested it MANY times. Every time except once, it worked.)
