basically anytime i go out or walk thorugh a big group or sumthing i tend to get all nervous and self concious but sometimes this doesnt affec me at all its weird. but i have alot of thing going on in my head to stop this self consiousness but the thing it workd sometimes but the problem is there so many things i think and use to stopthis so many that i actually dont know what particular thoght actually help the thoughts are like relax im confident, no ones watching me,who cares what anyone thinks and loads more eventually one works but its alot of thinking which then tends to get me more nervous . Bsically what i want to know is if theres one particular mindset that works for you guys

new and not experienced but if i go anywhere where theres lots of people...i drink before hand dont over do it tho just enough to get that edge off that has helped me and after a few times my confidence has gone up and i need let "pre-game" before heading out...just be carefull on how much dont get blasted unless thats the game plan for the night like i said earlier just enough to take the edge off and then start weinin your self off the crutch.

theres my 2 cents im far from pro ive had confidence/awkwardness problems for a very long time and this has helped me just dont over do it

The mindset to approach women is this: "I am the prize. Not her. She is entering my world."

Now, friends is a different shit altogether. See, confidence is the guy. Don't be the best of yourself, but be the fucking BEST of yourself. Don't give a shit about what people think of you. Let you're haters be your motivators.

If it makes you feel any better, workout. Gain muscle, lose weight. Get toned. That alone will boost the confidence level of any man to great heights. Find a good social circle, read books on body language. Decide. Commit. Succeed. And later on, you will reap the rewards that come along with heard work.

In my earlier teen years, I was a loser. A chubby fat ass with no confidence at all. But I lost weight, I worked on my social skills and in the end, I got to KC women I never thought possible for a guy like me. In the moment of being social, don't think about impressing others. Just be confortble and relax and inevitably you will be able to build good rapport. It is true that awkardness can be felt in a single room if a person contributes to things being strange. If you be confortable with yourself and relax, other's around you can sense that and also be relaxed. And that's when the game begins. Work hard and meditate on this stuff. Follow it religiously and in the end, you can be someone that everyone wants to be.

What helps a lot is in your down time. Think about what you want to get out of life, 3, 5, 10 years from now. Now, how are you going to get it? Develop a plan of success.

If you feel like you have your life on the right path, you'll feel a lot more confident all around.
