Today me and two friends from school decided to come dressed in skirts to school., just cuz, why not?
It was funny, we got loads of attention and most people appreciated it and respected us for doing son.
I noticed, that when I was wearing the skirt, it was much easier to open. I'd call this extreme peacoking - noone can ignore you, because you are wearing a skirt. And also, wearing the skirt gives you a confidence boost, because if you're already wearing it, you're already in the attitude of "what the hell" and everything is much easier.

Now, I don't know if a skirt is a good way of getting attraction, it is feminine after all.
But I know understand why Mystery dresses the way he does. Nobody can ignore him, he will always be noticed and if a girl wants to open she will do it easily, its genius.
Also, by dressing abnormally you are showing that you are easy going and do not care what others think.
Some would just think you're wierd, but who cares?

mmmh U should wear a scottisch kilt! Its just like a skirt but then for guys.

Maybe it's a way to approach more people easily, but it sure won't help you to get laid. Girls may find it funny and they will talk to you but I can't imagine any girl who would be attracted to that... Are you here to pick up some girls or you're here to be the clown of the party?

I know that won't attract girls. I mentioned that. I'm saying - the concept can be used not with a skirt, but with something else for those who have a hard time inititating conversations and being funny.

Not much of a form of peacocking but try this,
