a girl who has slept with a few people is more likely to see sex as a part of LOVE and COMMITMENT, whereas a girl who has slept with 25 people by her early twenties apparently views sex VERY casually.

does that make her a bad person? not necessarily.

does it make her a believer in casual sex? hell yes, it does.

That's not uncommon at all. When I was 19 my gf at the time was 21 n had been with like 14 guys n id been w/7 girls at the time...we had incredible sex n I didn't care about her number. Also, before that I used to fuck a girl n she also fucked my roommate. We tag teamed her as well...her number was in the 30s n I was 18 at the time. I say as long as the sex is good who gives a fuck. You should be happy she has a decent number, cause she probably developed some skills because of it. Just realize she has fucked more ppl than u n its ok. It doesn't make her tainted or less attractive. I would SMASH on a girl who's number was 5000 n not give a fuck. This will basically come from u gaining confidence in ur sexuality. Don't dwell on it...instead ENJOY what she can do, because without those 20 other guys, she wouldn't be doing it.

I agree with WAL's posts....it's what you deem as too much or too high...no need to reiterate that of course...

But to be honest, it bothered me a lot when I was younger with those I dated, of course their numbers were always higher than mine and it would bother me...why...I don't know...it just did.

My last GF....I know her numbers are close too mine, if not, possibly higher...long story short, the topic came up once and she wanted to know how many for me...I said, I don't know...I don't count but it's relatively low...she shrugged it off...well, do you want to know about how many people I may have been with???

Once they are not a virgin I guess it matters less. I was with a virgin for several years and it was very difficult to get her to be empowered in bed she was always very submissive and sex became routine and it caused me to leave the then love of my life as I knew I could not stay faithful to her.

Ive dated sexually 'liberated' girls and had a much better sex life with them. Chances are more than 2 partners would mean a girl understands her own body and a mans body much better. This has a lot to do with the "chasing Amy" syndrome. It's really important not to get caught up in that sort of thinking and insecurity. Many of us have done some crazy sh*t when we were younger, it's all learning experience, but I find as I get older sex has totally different value. I find it lost some of the taboo and the dense "meaning" society tends to associate with sex and I can enjoy it more freely, which is a good thing.

It's not always like that though. My own sister refuses to have a relationship and just goes through guys like candy. She says she's young and wants to have fun and that relationships are for when she's ready to get serious and start building a nest and so on.
