Just thought I'd share an interesting video here. It's a video of the Toronto Raptors General Manager speaking to some reporters. He's obviously the Alpha in the group, and it's interesting to see how the people react to his attention - any time he gives them attention, they qualify themselves. The main thing to look for is the little bald guy on the right side. Notice how he literally nods his head every single time Colangelo looks his way, and Colangelo immediately takes this qualification and moves his head back. It's a very good dynamic I think of an alpha male subcommunicating with a beta who qualifies himself.
