 Post subject: Failed Ex GF Pick Up?

An old ex of mine just started working at a local night club. One of my buddies brings her up to say hi to me. I start to go for a # close and she ejects. Later on me and another buddy are playing some pool and she comes out of her to play around and tease me.
How should I follow through w/o # close?
