Tonight me and my buddy went to the strip club for a solid couple hours. Our waitress was funny, flirty, fairly outgoing. I ordered a few drinks, got her name, and I ran the friend with the photos of the ex girlfriend routine. She replied with you should make them into origami boats and sail them in a puddle (it was raining tonight). She said all this laughingly. Now when she came back a third time I said "woah it almost like you like talking to us or something". She smiled and laughed, gave me a rost petal from her flower and walked away.

As me and my buddy were getting to leave, I said you have a tattoo thats a prayer so it's obvious you believe in something pretty significant. She seemed interested so I continued. I asked her what if I could ask you 10 questions about yourself that would tell me more about you in 5 minutes then would tell me about you if I talked to you for an entire evening (leading into cube routine) . She replied ok ask, so I said, "look I would ask you but my buddy here has to go and he's my ride. How about your number and I'll ask you the questions that way" she shook her head, said no, and we parted ways.

The girl was smily, and somewhat flirty, however I'm only 18 and she was easily in her 20's. I don't know if just age was a factor, or if I made other errors. Any help is appreciated.

So why did your friend have to leave? I mean obviously you are not using a false time constraint, you're not the one hanging around her, shes your waitress coming and going. Whats the rush if shes being receptive of you?

One thing to look at is how you started your email- if you are going to go into a strip club with an intention of picking up, you should be on your GAME. Don't get me wrong, im all for getting wasted at a decent titty bar, but a girl of her caliber hears it all, every night. Maybe a couple beers for courage, but not enough where the ONLY reason she comes by is to try to get you shitfaced. So personally i would have just told your buddy to chill and try to run the routine, because actually doing will get her a lot more interested than just hearing about it.

and maybe don't ask for the number. remember, YOU'RE the prize... don't ask for a number directly. a way to get around that is asking her how one would continue this conversation, which she'll suggest her number if you ran it well enough.
