Posts: 69 | | I notice when this happens my conversations with myself are something like "This person is only pretending to like me or to be interested in what I'm saying." I come from a working class background too but I'm not like the stereotype at all except for my accent. I feel that that has some affect on my inner game/conversations with myself. Does anybody have any suggestions what to do? And also, does anyone have any stuff on social dynamics or can recommend anything?

Posts: 69 | | Also I think sometimes say in a social gathering I THINK I'm Alpha instead of BEING Alpha!! Need to rid myself of my ego perhaps?? Anyone help or have similar situation? I have posted previously saying I don't have an ego but I'm starting to think I do. And a very big one.

Posts: 87 | | I think people who are below that true Alpha high esteem have patterns of behavior that fluctuate massively. Part of having that Alpha high esteem is that it never changes or fluctuates. It is totally consistent.
Boost your confidence and self esteem and keep on. The higher your self esteem and confidence the less your behavior will fluctuate. You also have to realise that to an extent people's opinions on things in yourself that you think are negative may be different and in fact in your favor.
