i was on the bus with her and her boyfriend last week, and i was full talking to him, and then i sent a request several weeks ago and NOW she says "um sory do i know you, i dont accept randoms"

Maybe she doesn't consider a talk on the bus to be an acknowledgement of friendship. Maybe it was just small talk with a stranger, to her.
Stunning women get outrageous amounts of friend request from random guys. Al lot of the hot girls I know don't put pic of themselves as profile pics and they make their accounts private so that random guys wont try to add them. Some even put down that they are married so that guys searching for random single girls wont find them.

They go through a lot to stop random guys from getting on their facebook. The best you can do is explain to her who you are and how she knows you and hope she adds you. But she might not. Especially since you already said she has a boyfriend and I'm sure he's on her facebook as well.

Did I miss something or is it fair to say you didn't even talk to her on the bus?

You said you were talking with him, but not with her, and like others said, girls usualy got tons of guys sending to them fb requests or things. Do a lille experiment and make a ghost accont on fb with an feminin photo, and you will see ho wmany req you have.
