Many times wen I get girls number and that I know she likes me 100%

While we are texting I tell her that I think she's cute and I wanna get to know her better.
She says she likes me as friend and not looking for a relationship

What am I doing wrong and how do I prevent her from saying that

Maybe stay under the radar a little more, the fact that you talk to her makes it obvious you want to get to know her however you want her to want to get to know you. Get her mind ticking over and just try and get out with her, ie. hey i'm near your house today, fancy grabbing a bite to eat.
By saying I want to get to know you better I think your effectively saying a lot more than just that and your DLV. Get her to like you and want to know you better, your the Alpha male, you don't give a shit, your too busy, too important and having too much fun for her.
In fact your near her house and probably haven't got the time but if she can get there before 4 you might be able to spare half hour and then imagine her luck, that meeting you had to go to got cancelled.... then tell her how lucky she is and ask for a drink to say thank you!

Your giving too much interest with her, you have to play it cool and lean back a little. thebigtone is right when he says your the one in charge, you have got to show her that your in control of the entire situation and your allowing her to hang out with you.. also, when your out with her, take charge of everything, don't say oh so what did you want do to today, where do you want to eat tonight, say, hey i saw this awesome shop i wanna check out lets go have a look but i can't stay out for long cos i have some things to do this afternoon, this will show her that you can control the situation and and she will think higher value of you. Also some attraction switches (things that attract girls in a major way)

1-leader of men, your the leader of your group and people look up to you, (this is very easy to convey if you have just met the girl..If your not the leader of your group you could give the impression you are, by texting a couple friends saying, hey man call me i need to ask you something, when they ring, ask them something but try not to stay on the phone too long)

2- protector of loved ones, This is major help, i only JUST realised this not long ago, but my sister is a MASSIVE wingman, (or wingwoman as i should put it) women adore guys who love and protect there sisters/loved ones.

3- Most important, do not be needy. If your out with her, give her space, if she doesn't return your phone call, don't stress, nothing is a biggger turn off than a needy person, it will show your insecure and she will have a very short relationship with you.
